Now in its 50th year, this famous festival in the streets of Occoquan, VA features hundreds of vendors with arts and crafts, live entertainment, and plenty of delicious food and fun for the whole family. We’re celebrating our 50th with a fantastic Beer Garden & Concert at Fall Arts and Crafts Show in River Mill Park, featuring local favorite, Water’s End Brewery on both days, from 12pm to 5pm! Start your holiday shopping early and don’t miss the event of the season!

Accessibility Information and Options

Shuttle Bus

  • Shuttle buses are wheelchair accessible, therefore satellite parking may be an option.
  • Patrons may opt to be dropped off at a shuttle stop and have a driver park at satellite parking. The Yellow shuttle stop (under the 123 bridge) is the flattest area for wheelchairs.
 

Parking

  • Parking for persons with disabilities is available in town under the Route 123 Bridge, accessible by Poplar Lane during the run of the craft show.
  • Accessible parking is also available on Commerce Street. Patrons wishing to use this space should travel in on Washington Street, where they will be directed to spaces by police. Please note that there is a hill from Commerce to Mill.

We asked our vendors this fall to help us celebrate our 50 years with a special or limited edition item. Just look what they came up with! These vendors will be designated with an I❤️OCQ sign at their tent and highlighted in the brochure.

Admission Cost: Free

Shuttle Bus

Shuttle Bus Cost: $5 per Rider (Cash Only, Round Trip)

Kids 12 and under ride free

Visitors to the show can ride a shuttle bus from one of four locations and will be dropped off at one of three stops.

Visitors can park at one of the following lots to board a shuttle bus: 

Workhouse Arts Center

9518 Workhouse Way, Lorton (Yellow)

123 Commuter Lot- Beer Garden Express

Corner of Rt. 123 and Old Bridge Road (Green)

Lake Ridge Commuter Lot

Old Bridge/ Minnieville Roads (Purple)

Commuter Lot I-95 

Off of I-95 and Rt. 123 (Red)

Please note that Vulcan Materials is no longer available for parking.

 

Shuttle Bus Drop Off Locations

Shuttle buses bringing visitors to the show will be dropped off at one of the following locations:

123 Bridge (Yellow)

Mom’s Apple Pie (Red and Purple)

Occoquan Footbridge & Beer Garden (Green)

The Town’s historic district will be closed off to vehicular traffic during the show.  Roads will be closed from 8 am to 7 pm on each day.
