Vendor Booth Pricing
All vendor booths are 10'X10' spaces. There is a $50 late fee applied for applications received after the deadline.

Special Pricing for In-Town Businesses
In-town businesses will continue to receive the special discounted price of $100 for a 10'X10' booth in front of or near your storefront. Please indicate your preferred space on your application; space requests are not guaranteed, but every effort will be made to accommodate merchant space requests. Submit applications by March 1 (Spring Show) and June 1 (Fall Show) to reserve the space in front of your business. Applications submitted after the due date are not guaranteed a location in front of your business.
2017 Vendor Applications
Commercial Product Vendor Guidelines and Application: Complete this application if you do not make your own product. Note: Commercial product vendors must have products for sale at the event. If you are a local commercial business looking to advertise your services, sponsorship opportunities are available. Please contact the Craft Show Director at (703) 491-2168 for more information.
Occoquan Business Vendor Guidelines and Application: Complete this application if you own and operate a business within the Town of Occoquan's corporate limits.
Food Vendor Guidelines and Application:Complete this application if you want to cook and serve food for consumption on premises. (This does not include selling prepackaged foods that are not cooked and served on site for immediate consumption.)
Non-Profit Vendor Application:Complete this application if you are a non-profit (501c3) organization.
Parking Space Reservations
As this is an outdoor event that takes place along the Town's streets, parking and vehicle access is restricted within the Town during the show. The Town has reserved two parking lots in town for use by vendors. Spots are limited and are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. If you would like to reserve a parking spot, please indicate the request on your application and pay the $75 reservation fee in addition to the booth space fee.
The Town no longer rents tents to vendors. Vendors must supply their own 10X10 tents with weights. They can be purchased through a local retailer or rented through a local rental company.
Payment in full is due at the time your application is submitted. Placement in the show will be made once full payment has been received. A deposited check/accepted funds does not guarantee placement. If you are not accepted into the show, you will be notified and your payment will be refunded in full. A $50 late fee applies after the deadline.
*Payments made through PayPal incur a 3% service charge and is included in the checkout amount listed.
*If registering for both spring and fall, select your first registration and click "Add to Cart." In the new PayPal window, select "Continue Shopping"; you will then be able to select your next registration and "Add to Cart" to complete your transaction.
Pay by Mail
Make checks payable to the Town of Occoquan and mail to Occoquan Arts and Crafts Show, PO Box 258, Occoquan, VA 22125. If paid by mail, do not include paypal fees. Applications and payments may also be dropped of at Town Hall, 314 Mill Street, M-F, 9 am to 4 pm or dropped in the overnight drop box located on the front of Town Hall.
